Further Information

Ursina Füglister (M.A.) is a doctoral candidate in Old German Literature at the German Department of the University of Zurich. During her studies in German Language and Literature, Latin Philology, and Greek Philology at the University of Zurich, she spent time abroad at the Universities of Oxford, Utrecht and Munich. Her research focuses on mystical poetry. Her dissertation, entitled ‘Hadewijch's “Strophic Songs”: Analyses of Coherence Formation and Context Diversification,’ is supervised by Prof. Dr. Almut Suerbaum, among others. Since September 2025, Ursina Füglister has been a short-term scholarship holder at the SFB Vigilanzkulturen.
